Victoria Communication Services is a Texas-based, woman owned business providing Two-Way Radio Sales and Service, Wireless Infrastructure and Radio Frequency IDentification solutions to Federal, State and Local governments as well as higher education. VCS offers a variety of hardware, software, consulting, and services and solutions including asset tracking, access control, event tracking and emergency evacuation tracking.

The Department of Information Resources has awarded VCS, DIR-SDD-1060 for Emergency Preparedness Hardware. The purpose of this contract is to provide emergency preparedness based equipment and related services to the State of Texas, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (DIR).
